The Texas Department of Transportation\'s (TxDOT\'s) Environmental Affairs Division (ENV) is soliciting proposals for four indefinite delivery contracts pursuant to the Texas Transportation Code, Chapter 223, Subchapter D, and 43 TAC §§9.80-9.88. Services to be provided include Historical Resource Identification, Evaluation and Documentation Services. Potential providers may receive a copy of the RFP by submitting a letter of interest (LOI) to ENV or by downloading from the TxDOT web page http://www.dot.state.tx.us/services/environmental_affairs/contract_information/rfp.htm LOI may be submitted by electronic facsimile.
