USDA, NRCS, WI seeks to award multiple indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) fixed-price contracts for a base plus option periods. Individual task orders will be issued to those firms awarded an IDIQ contract.

It is anticipated that more than one contract will be awarded from the solicitation.

Only those contractors who are registered with the Central Contractors Register (CCR) will be considered for award, www.ccr.gov.

Contractors shall exist in Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA), http://orca.bpn.gov

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.

The solicitation number is AG-5F48-S-09-0003 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-31.

This requirement is unrestricted.
