To conduct comprehensive cultural resources studies, including Phase I (identification), Phase II (evaluation), and Phase III (treatment) terrestrial and underwater archeological surveys; the identification, evaluation, treatment and documentation of historic standing structures, landscapes, and other elements of the built environment; and cultural resources impact analyses, statewide, for the State Highway Administration’s (SHA) Environmental Planning Division.

To conduct comprehensive cultural resources studies, including Phase I (identification), Phase II (evaluation), and Phase III (treatment) terrestrial and underwater archeological surveys; the identification, evaluation, treatment and documentation of historic standing structures, landscapes, and other elements of the built environment; and cultural resources impact analyses, statewide, for the State Highway Administration’s (SHA) Environmental Planning Division. Project services are to be provided for a five (5) year period and will consist of individual project assignments. Project assignments will depend on the SHA’s workload. It is anticipated that project assignments will be funded with State or Federal funds. It is envisioned that SHA will enter into multiple contracts for these services, each for approximately $2,000,000.
