Mitigation Monitor Training Session

The Fall 2010 Mitigation Monitoring Class has been scheduled for Sept 4 and /or 5th 2010 in Redlands CA. Class is first come first served and may be canceled at the owner’s discretion. To attend you must have a confirmation in hand at the door. A limited number of seats are available.

The construction season in the Inland Empire of California starts after the end of the nesting bird season which is generally thought to be Sept. 15th. As a consequence L&L will be conducting our monitoring training session the weekend of Sept. 4th and 5th. It is a 6 hour program and may be offered over 1 or 2 days depending on logistics.

Training will be held in Redlands CA on a first come first served basis, with limited seating. There is no cost for the program however you must have a confirmation email to attend and that confirmation will be transmitted for only the number of seats we have available.

If you are interested, please complete the attached application form and return it to L&L no later than Sept.1st. Once your application has been received and accepted your confirmation will be transmitted. If all of the seats are taken you will be notified of the next available training session.

This class is the basic level monitoring class covering simple standard behaviors and additional information required for all L&L monitors. It is suitable for beginning to intermediate level employees or those that have not worked in the Inland Empire before.

This class leads to employment for upcoming monitoring positions. A limited number of monitoring positions are available in the present economy and these will be given to L&L employees with seniority. Additional available positions will be offered to persons who have completed the class and a list will be developed of available trained monitors for upcoming positions. You may not work for L&L until you have completed the class.

The class is open to individuals working or planning to work for other firms, as space is available however L&L makes no guarantee that the training offered by L&L will be accepted by other firms or that it will improve your chances of becoming employed by others.
