Job Description

Metcalf Archaeological Consultants, Inc., an employee-owned provider of heritage management consulting services, solicits applications for an archaeological project manager.
The qualified candidate will have a graduate degree in anthropology or archaeology, five years of cultural resource project management experience, and be a Registered Professional Archaeologist. Job requirements include scoping and costing of projects under NHPA and NEPA; determining project specifications and procedures; organizing and managing work teams; consulting with clients, regulatory staff, subcontractors, and internal staff; developing client relationships leading to new projects; maintaining projects within scope and budget; overseeing, and often preparing, progress and final reports.

This will be a senior-level salaried position; salary will be negotiated. The benefits package includes equity through the employee stock program, vacation and holiday pay, health benefits, and a publication bonus.
