CULTURAL RESOURCE SPECIALIST:
Madison area environmental engineering firm is seeking a cultural resource specialist, primarily in archaeology. Applicant must meet the Secretary of the Interior’s Historic Preservation Professional Qualifications Standards in archaeology, including a graduate degree and at least one year of full-time professional experience. Applicants with experience in architectural historic preservation are preferred. Selected candidate will work primarily as a staff archaeologist, performing field investigations and composing reports in conjunction with Historic Preservation Compliance requirements. The position will involve significant travel throughout Wisconsin. Strong computer and communications skills are required. Candidates are expected to have the ability to work independently and take on significant responsibilities immediately.
